Innovative Firms 2020

MaddX’s innovation strategy involves providing its staff with the tools and resources to innovate, giving them the time and space to do so, and investing to turn their ideas into reality.

Last year’s innovation highlights include the staging of the firm’s second MaddX Week, a week of innovation events across all of our offices designed to inspire its people to think differently. The firm also recently launched Maddocks Digital, an online platform that provides the latest secure technology for sending and sharing files as well as a single point of entry to a range of Maddocks platforms, for facilitating collaborative work with clients. The firm also worked closely with chatbot creator Josef to create chatbots for various processes across the firm.

Last year also saw Maddocks sponsoring the University of Melbourne’s Law Tech Design Pop Up, a four-week course attended by 90 students.
