Moray & Agnew has bolstered its partnership with the appointment of John Wei to its corporate and commercial team.

Wei focuses on working with global clients on inbound investments. He has handled matters involving transaction structuring, private M&A, joint ventures (both incorporated and unincorporated), commercial contracts, and corporate governance.

Moray & Agnew Melbourne managing partner Bill Papastergiadis OAM highlighted Wei’s experience in key sectors as factors that would “play a significant role in further enhancing our capabilities”.
