John Wei has worked with international clients on renewable energy-related inbound investment
Moray & Agnew has bolstered its partnership with the appointment of John Wei to its corporate and commercial team.
Wei focuses on working with global clients on inbound investments. He has handled matters involving transaction structuring, private M&A, joint ventures (both incorporated and unincorporated), commercial contracts, and corporate governance.
