Window is open for nominations to the 2022 Australasian Law Awards

The Australasian Law Awards are back for 2022, and looking to celebrate live and in style this year.

After two years of virtual announcements, the awards will once again honour the legal profession’s best and brightest at a black-tie gala to be held on 19 May in Sydney. The window for nominations opens today for those who want to be recognised for their contributions to the industry over a challenging period.

Nominations can be made across 32 categories geared towards the achievements of law firms, in-house legal teams, lawyers, arbitrators, mediators and service providers. The awards will also be looking to showcase standout work on significant deals.

Those looking to put forward nominations can do so online; you can submit nominations for as many categories as you like. The nominations period will close on 4 February.

The Excellence Awardees for each category will be announced in March; their submissions will then be reviewed by an independent judging panel to determine winners.

The awards winners will be revealed at the in-person black-tie gala on 19 May in Sydney.
