The kit includes resource documents addressing workplace disputes across different industries
The Resolution Institute has rolled out a workplace mediation kit for the Australia market.
The kit caters to mediators whose services include workplace mediation. It includes resource documents that serve as a jumping off point to help mediators craft documentation for clients.
The kit provides guidance across all stages of the workplace mediation process and is also targeted towards new and emerging mediators looking to mediate disputes involving employers, businesses and organisations. It was developed by the Resolution Institute’s workplace relations sub-committee.
“It is exciting to launch the Workplace Mediation Kit on behalf of Resolution Institutes’s Workplace Relations Sub-committee. As practitioners in the field, a multitude of ideas and experiences have been condensed into the Kit to encourage mediators to reflect on their own practice and use or adapt what is offered here”, workplace relations sub-committee chair Janice McLeay said.
The kit was designed to allow mediators to adapt it in line with their distinct practice needs and requirements.
