Preparations are underway for May's Australasian Law Awards

One month to the Australasian Law Awards

While the judges are busy with the finalist submissions for the 2018 Australasian Law Awards, the events team has been putting together the finishing touches on the fourth annual awards night.

Held at The Star Sydney on Thursday 17 May, the black-tie gala will offer an evening of fine food and live entertainment. Comedian Lawrence Mooney (Dirty Laundry Live) will be taking the helm as MC this year, while acoustic band Luke Zanc Duo returns by popular demand. The highlight of the event will be the announcement of this year’s award winners, with over 200 finalists vying for 33 awards.

Last year’s awards night welcomed a record attendance of 680 guests—2018 is expected to be even bigger. Tables are going quickly and finalists are encouraged to book soon to ensure they are able to attend with their team and hear the winners announced.

Highlights from the 2017 awards can be viewed here.
