She will lead the company’s legal function and solicitor teams
Lextech senior legal counsel Natasha Paige has been promoted to its head of legal.
In this role, she will lead the firm’s legal function and solicitor teams across residential, commercial and specialty lending. She will supervise legal operations, compliance, and service delivery to lender and broker clients.
Paige commenced with Lextech as legal counsel in 2022. According to the firm, the promotion recognises her banking and finance law experience and operational leadership.
“Natasha has been instrumental in building the strength, capability, and reputation of our legal operations. She brings a deep understanding of banking and finance law, combined with the operational discipline required to deliver high-volume mortgage processing at scale. This promotion recognises her contribution and positions us strongly for the next phase of growth”, Lextech CEO Jason Popkowski said.
In a LinkedIn post, Paige described the promotion as an important professional moment for her.
Last year, Lextech was recognised in the categories of “Legal technology – contract management software” and “Legal technology – legal case management software” at the 2025 Service Provider Awards.
