Rachel Banks is MinterEllison’s new chief people officer as of today.
She has spearheaded significant transformation programs at Westpac, AMP, Macquarie Group, Cap Gemini and Telstra. She has spurred HR and business strategy, governance, operating model redesign, and regulatory change.
“Rachel brings a strong track record in building culture, capability, and talent to lift organisational effectiveness.
