Mayer Brown has welcomed Allison Lee as a partner in the corporate & securities practice.

With 15 years’ experience advising public and private companies and private equity firms in connection with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, distribution arrangements and secondary sale transactions across Asia, Lee joins from Debevoise & Plimpton where she was a member of the corporate department, and private equity and M&A groups in Hong Kong.

Lee is the latest M&A partner to have joined Mayer Brown in Asia following the recent addition of Eiji Kobayashi in the Tokyo office, and a team of English law and Singapore law qualified corporate lawyers in Singapore.

A partner with Mayer Brown LLP, she will become a partner of Mayer Brown Hong Kong upon completion of the relevant requirements with the Law Society of Hong Kong.
