The M&A Conference 2024 features partners from Allens, HSF and KWM
Allens, Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF), and King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) are holding their annual M&A Conference this week as a completely virtual event.
The conference is on its seventh iteration, with sessions set to take place tomorrow and Thursday. Partners from all three firms will discuss topics such as global developments, the deal landscape at present and boards;
The panels will also feature speakers from Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America and JP Morgan, among others.
As it has done in the past, the event will serve as a fundraising effort for mental health research organisation Black Dog Institute. The firms have also partnered with the Australian Financial Review on this event.
