Leading litigator moves to Gilbert + Tobin
Gilbert + Tobin (G+T) is set to gain a leading litigator next month.

Richard Harris will be joining the firm in February from Allens, where he was the banks and financial institutions sector lead. He was with Allens for nearly 10 years.

Harris, who specialises in corporate disputes and regulatory investigations, has been involved in major litigation in most Australian superior jurisdictions, including the High Court. He was most recently involved in the Bank Bill Swap Rate litigation. Harris also specialises in corporate restructuring.
