McInnes Wilson Lawyers is set to shake up its executive leadership team in 2024.

The firm welcomed new COO Cathy Reynolds to the fold. Moreover, effective 1 January 2024, Allison Langford and Mark Woolley will serve as joint managing principals, while Glenn Caligaris steps into the role of national chairman of principals.

The move comes as McInnes Wilson prepares to celebrate its 50th year in the profession. Outgoing chairman and managing principal Paul Tully transitions to a new specialist consulting, mentoring and relationship  role within the firm after more than 25 years of leading McInnes Wilson.

The new leaders will be working together with the firm’s current management team.

McInnes Wilson operates across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide and Maroochydore.
