The global firm acted for Westinghouse Air & Brake Technology Group (Wabtec), which acquired Lynxrail, the railroad technology division of Lynx Engineering Consultants Pty Ltd.

Wabtec offers products and services for rail and industrial markets around the world. Lynx Engineering, which was established in Perth in 1993, is known in the rail industry for its wayside and on-board condition based monitoring systems.
