Ironbridge Legal has appointed Julianne Clark as its new COO.

Clark comes in with more than 25 years of law firm administration experience. She has also handled operational management and strategy execution.

For eight years, she was an executive assistant to a former Eversheds Sutherland managing partner. Moreover, she was the Australian senior manager of operations and administration for US equities-backed financing firm Equities First. She also recorded a stint with Cantor Fitzgerald.

“I am excited to begin my role as chief operating officer at Ironbridge Legal. I will commit to improving the company's operational effectiveness and making sure that strategic plans are carried out to improve the services we provide,” Clark said. “This will aid our ambitious growth plans as well as contribute to improving upon ‘excellence’ in the firm. My history of assisting managing partners in highly successful global firms such as BCG and Eversheds, as well as being in boardrooms, has equipped me with insights to take Ironbridge Legal from great to even greater.”

Meanwhile, Blake Shaw joins Ironbridge Legal as its newest partner. He has two decades of restructuring and insolvency experience under his belt, particularly in relation to contentious matters.

He has represented insolvency practitioners, directors, financiers and major corporations in Australia. He logged stints at Kemp Strang and Bridges Lawyers, where he made partner in 2021.
