The deal expands DWF's claims management and adjusting and insurance offerings

DWF completes Proclaim pickup

DWF has acquired Australian claims management company Proclaim in a deal that bolsters DWF's claims management and adjusting (CMA) and insurance capabilities in Australia.

According to DWF, both organisations have overlapping client bases; the acquisition also reflects DWF’s investment in expanding its insurance offering in markets like Sydney and Melbourne.

“This acquisition will mark a significant step forward in our growth strategy, reinforcing our commitment to expanding our footprint in key global markets”, DWF Group CEO Sir Nigel Knowles said. “Proclaim's outstanding reputation and expertise align perfectly with our vision”.

Proclaim founder Jon Broome will still be managing director and will continue to helm the company’s team, DWF said. With the addition of the Proclaim team, DWF’s global CMA group numbers 320.

DWF had initially publicised the acquisition in June.
