Creevey Horrell Lawyers has brought on board the team from Brisbane firm McGinness & Associates.
The addition enhances Creevey Horrell’s crime and misconduct division. Criminal lawyer Andrew McGinness will be a consultant at the firm.

Creevey pointed to McGinness’ extensive criminal and quasi criminal defence experience. McGinness has worked in this field for over 40 years and has tackled traffic and regulatory offences as well as serious and complex criminal charges.
Creevey highlighted Creevey Horrell’s work on drug and traffic offences, domestic violence and protection orders, weapons licensing issues, workplace health and safety prosecutions, and high-profile criminal matters.
