Corporate principal joins McCabes

McCabes has brought in a new principal as Robert Speed joins the Sydney corporate team.

Managing principal Andrew Lacey described Speed as a “strategic hire to strengthen our expertise and depth in a growing practice for the firm. ”

Speed is an expert in transactions involving capital markets, private and public M&A, financial services, securities regulation, and corporate governance. He has been working in corporate law for more than 15 years.
