Corporate and property lawyers boosted to partnership

Two new lawyers have joined Australia’s corporate and property practice partnership ranks

Two new lawyers have joined Australia’s corporate and property practice partnership ranks.

Sparke Helmore has promoted Daniel Atkin and Wayne Kaplan to partnership, at the same time as announcing the appointment of work, health and safety lawyer Carlie Holt to its board.

Both moves are ones the firm hopes will position it as a “world-class” Australian law firm.

Atkin is from Sparke Helmore’s M&A and private equity team, while Kaplan forms a part of the commercial and projects group’s property team. Holt replaces Ben Dube on the board.
