Vanessa Gulesserian, Trevor Ho, Susannah Maclaren

Colin Biggers & Paisley (CBP) has elevated Sydney lawyers Vanessa Gulesserian, Trevor Ho, and Susannah Maclaren to partners on its insurance team.

Gulesserian is a seasoned insurance litigator who has defended various professional indemnity and general liability claims. She has handled claims and disciplinary actions against allied health professionals and in relation to property damage claims.

Moreover, she has guided insurers on policy interpretation and represented them in complex litigated indemnity disputes.

Ho has assisted insurers on matters involving directors' duties, regulatory investigations, and class actions. He is an expert in complex coverage disputes and acts as coverage and monitoring for insurers; he has also served as defence counsel in litigated disputes.

Maclaren is an expert in financial services regulation and remediation. She has advised financial service providers on dispute resolution, remediation, and compliance.

She has also acted for domestic and foreign insurers in coverage disputes and represented corporations, professional advisers and directors.
