Russell Kennedy has enhanced family law offering with the addition of accredited specialist Simone Green as a principal at the firm.
Green is accredited with the Law Society of NSW. As a family law solicitor, she brings over 18 years of experience to the field.
She has tackled all aspects of family law practice and has a background in interdisciplinary collaborative practice. She is active in Collaborative Professionals NSW, the Central Sydney Collaborative Forum, and the Australian Association of Collaborative Professionals.
Green has provided guidance on binding financial agreements, negotiated amicable to contentious and complex settlements in financial and parenting disputes. She also possesses considerable experience as a litigator in cases that require court intervention.
She commenced with Russell Kennedy in late 2023.
