$40m note issue succeeds with top firm’s aid

Allens has helped Zenith Energy succeed in its $40m note issue.

The offer, conducted with FIIG Securities as lead arranger, exceeded demand, as bond investors supported the company’s plan to fund a strong pipeline of projects, Allens said.

Demand for alternative energy solutions is leading to demand for investment opportunities in the sector, lead partner Ben Farnsworth said. The offer “secured such strong interest,” he said.

The banking and finance partner was supported by senior associate Rod Aldus and law graduate Tania Joppich.
