Edwards Law elevates new senior associate

Edwards Law has promoted Grace Moore to senior associate.

She stepped into her new role on 1 February.

Moore joined the firm in 2022 in Hawkes Bay as an associate after relocating from Canterbury. She was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 2017 and practised with two Christchurch firms, gaining experience in general legal practice before she focused on employment law.

She has drafted employment agreements, policies, and independent contractor agreements. She has also managed employment relationship issues and prevented disputes.

Moore has provided guidance on investigations, restructures, and disciplinary processes, negotiated exits and settlements, and helped to resolve personal grievances and other claims.

She has acted for clients at mediations and appeared before the Employment Relations Authority, the District Court, the Real Estate Agents Disciplinary Tribunal, the Teachers Disciplinary Tribunal, and the Tenancy Tribunal.
